We make every attempt to answer client questions or support needs in the first conversation. For specific questions about your implementation, configurations or training needs, product functionality or your account generally, we may require multiple conversations with you or within our team to resolve and may not be resolved before end of business on the same day. We prioritize client support needs based on severity and other support tickets already in progress.
