Amanda Edwards,
Practice Manager / Culture Architect / Chaos Tamer Extraordinaire
Amanda Edwards doesn’t run on caffeine—she runs on vision, vibes, and a relentless drive to make veterinary teams unstoppable. Since starting as a receptionist at Animal Care of Greenville in 2013, she’s climbed every rung of the ladder with grit and guts, taking on the role of Practice Manager in 2019 and teaming up with her medical director, Dr. Lu Olson, to flip a once-toxic culture on its head. Spoiler alert: it worked.
Armed with a Business Management degree and the people skills of a hostage negotiator (with better shoes), Amanda has co-led national leadership trainings, mentored practice managers across the country, and built a hospital where high standards and high-fives coexist in perfect harmony. She’s passionate about developing leaders, building workplaces where people want to show up, and calling out BS when she sees it.
When she’s not managing chaos like a boss, she’s co-hosting Feces and Laughter, the podcast where real talk, raw leadership, and veterinary life collide—with just enough irreverence to keep you coming back for more.
