Let's Get Started

Kick off onboarding on the right foot (or paw)!
  • Learn about the new features you’ll be enabling during onboarding!

  • Prepare the messaging for your appointment reminders. Think about what information, such as arrival times, cancellation policies, or fasting instructions, is beneficial for clients to know.

  • Ensure your calendar blocks are up to date to reflect lunch, surgery, and staff meetings.

  • Identify your practice’s PetDesk champion to attend the recommended training sessions.

Schedule your PetDesk and/or online booking setup call

Start your PetDesk and/or online booking journey by scheduling your setup call to establish settings and communication preferences. Please schedule as soon as possible to stay on the recommended timeline set for your practice.

Live training sessions

The second stage of onboarding brings your hospital together for a 1:1 live training session on how to make the most out of PetDesk’s solutions. During your Kick Off Call, we will work with you to schedule your training session. We encourage you to schedule your live training session as soon as possible, anytime after the Setup Call occurs, and to watch this video beforehand. If your practice currently utilizes PetDesk, attending a live training session is optional.
