We’ve optimized our filters to help you address your client base as necessary, adding “Date Since Last Visit” and “Loyalty Users.” Now you can segment your clients more clearly and target these clients with promos or friendly reminder messages.

Single click sending with templates
A lot of customers send the same message or type of message frequently. So we decided to make it easier by creating templates.
From promotional starters, newsletter frames, and expectation setting messages for your appointment process – now you can easily use Mass Messaging and save time. You can create or modify templates from within the PetDesk dashboard.
